1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Noble Property Inspections Continuing Education platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Content
All course materials, including videos, handouts, quizzes, and assessments, are proprietary content owned by Noble Property Inspections. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without express written permission.
3. Certificate Requirements
To receive a certificate of completion, you must complete all course modules and pass the final examination with a minimum score of 80%. Certificates are issued for continuing education credit purposes only.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Course completion must be done by the registered user. Sharing accounts or having others complete coursework on your behalf is strictly prohibited and may result in certificate revocation.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase if less than 25% of course content has been accessed. Once a certificate has been issued, no refunds will be provided.
